WWE has confirmed when and where the 2026 Survivor Series will take place later in the year.
As announced via press release on July 13, the 40th Survivor Series will emanate from Daikin Park in Houston on Saturday, November 28. Along with confirming that the show will take place over Thanksgiving weekend, the company has also confirmed the return of the WarGames stipulation as part of the show.
This will be the first time that Survivor Series has come to Houston since 2017, but the venue, formerly known as Minute Maid Park, hosted the 2020 Royal Rumble.
Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared his excitement about the upcoming event:
“Houston is the perfect host city to celebrate this milestone chapter in Survivor Series’ storied history, and we look forward to partnering with Houston First and the Houston Astros to deliver an unforgettable event,” said WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

WWE WarGames To Return At Survivor Series 2026
Although stipulation-branded shows such as Hell in a Cell and TLC have been retired, some formats remain an annual fixture on the calendar. WarGames has been featured on the show every year since 2022, replacing brand warfare and elimination matches.
Survivor Series 2025 saw Team Rhea (AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, and Rhea Ripley) defeat Team Asuka (Becky Lynch, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, Asuka, and Kairi Sane) in the opening match. The main event saw The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed), Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman) defeat CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), and Roman Reigns. After the bell, Reigns was seen telling CM Punk and Cody Rhodes that it would be the last time he would team with them. Reigns also expressed his intention in challenging for a title shortly afterwards. Both of the top championships were held by Punk and Rhodes at that time.
