WWE Star Natalya Reveals Goals Of New Book

WWE star Natalya has further detailed the main goals with her new book, which is now available to purchase.

On October 28, Natalya’s autobiography The Last Hart Beating: From the Dungeon to WWE, was released worldwide and tells the story of the former Women’s Champion’s journey to WWE, where she has been an active performer for almost 2 decades.

To promote the new memoir, Natalya has been on an extensive media tour to discuss the book and the biggest moments of her pro wrestling career. While speaking with the New York Postthe WWE star opened up about her own accomplishments and how she wants to look at her career in a different way to the rest of her family:

“It’s so much for me about redefining the way you look at success in your life,” she said. “And that’s a big takeaway is — in a family that has done everything, I am not going to be the first person in my family to win a World Championship. I’m not going to be the first person in my family to get into the Hall of Fame. I’m not going to be the first person in my family to main event WrestleMania.

“But I am going to be the first person in my family to not be broken, not be broken inside. That’s the most important thing, is to leave with my head held high. So while I was going through all these chapters, it’s like I kept chasing all of these things that I thought were going to make me happy. And then when you sort of get to the end, you realize all the things that I was chasing — they weren’t the things that were going to make me happy. So people that read it, will I think redefine the way they look at success in their own lives.”

Natalya’s Book Released In Line With New Persona

Although the former Women’s Champion has been absent from main roster TV as of late, the veteran has been seen in various independent promotions competing under the name Nattie Neidhart. Unlike her WWE persona, the Neidhart character that first debuted at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport has been much more serious and vicious. With many fans praising the reinvention, there have been a lot of calls for the character to debut in WWE, which Natalya also stated in the interview that “it’s all I think about.”

In a previous interview, Natalya spoke about her new badass persona and how it came to be.
