WWE SmackDown Results 16/2/24

WWE SmackDown saw the highly-anticipated return of The Rock, more qualifying matches for the Elimination Chamber and more.  

With the events of the chaotic WrestleMania press conference still fresh in many people’s minds, many were curious how The Rock and Roman Reigns would respond to Cody Rhodes crashing the party. Both were scheduled to appear live to address what is next in regards to WrestleMania.

Additionally, more qualifying matches took place for the Elimination Chamber matches with the event taking place on February 24th.

The Following Results Took Place On WWE SmackDown:

  • Kevin Owens defeated Dominik Mysterio thanks to a distraction from R-Truth. Ownes qualified for Elimination Chamber.
  • Drew McIntyre and LA Knight had an argument backstage
  • Tiffany Stratton defeated Zelina Vega to qualify for the Elimination Chamber
  • The Authors of Pain defeated Javier Bernal and Beau Morris.
  • Logan Paul defeated The Miz to qualify for the Elimination Chamber
  • Naomi defeated Alba Fyre to qualify for the Elimination Chamber
  • Bron Breakker signed with the SmackDown roster.
  • Roman Reigns and The Bloodline made their way to the ring. Reigns stated that everyone in Utah is a bunch of idiots. Reigns then introduced The Rock, stating that he is a member of The Bloodline. Rock made his entrance and stated that an indoor attendance had been broken for Utah, before swerving and stating that it was the record for most trailer park trash. Rock continued to berate the crowd, stating that this side has come out as Cody Rhodes ruined his moment. Rock questioned Rhodes’ story and made it clear that The American Nightmare would not finish at WrestleMania before declaring his partnership with The Bloodline.
