A title match and more have been announced for the October 9 WWE SmackDown, which will take place the night before Money in the Bank.
Fatal Influence has had a successful main roster call-up, with Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid all reigning as champions. Women’s Tag Team Champions Henley and Reid will put their titles on the line against Charlotte Flair and Tatum Paxley on SmackDown. Alexa Bliss has welcomed Paxley into the group, but Flair has not been as accepting.
Looking to win back the WWE Championship, CM Punk will be appearing live on SmackDown. With champion Sami Zayn not short on challengers, Punk will be looking to jump the line as he is one of the entrants in the Money in the Bank ladder match. Punk will address the match on the show.
With this being the final show before Money in the Bank, the New Orleans show will be the main focus of SmackDown. All entrants in both the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank matches are expected to appear live.
