The final WWE SmackDown before Saturday Night’s Main Event and Evolution, the July 11 episode will officially kick off the weekend of action.
Taking over Atlanta, WWE will present Goldberg’s final match and the all-women’s event over the weekend, meaning that SmackDown will heavily focus on both events. Notable matches from the SmackDown side that will take place across the shows include Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre, Tiffany Stratton vs. Trish Stratus and a women’s battle royal that will crown the new number one contender to the Women’s Championship, which will see the match take place at Clash in Paris.
R-Truth and Aleister Black have been at odds over the past few weeks as Truth prevented Black’s match from happening and Black attacked Truth the following week. Both men will look to settle their differences on the show.
A title match has also been booked for the show as The Wyatt Sicks will once again get their opportunity at the WWE Tag Team Championships, which are currently held by The Street Profits.
