The fallout from Bash in Berlin continues on WWE SmackDown.
At Bash In Berlin, Cody Rhodes successfully defended the Undisputed Championship against Kevin Owens in the opening match of the show. With Solo Sikoa declaring that he wanted to face the winner, The American Nightmare will appear live to respond to the challenge.
On the August 30th SmackDown, Bayley made her return to the show and chased away Tiffany Stratton, who interfered in Nia Jax’s match with Michin. Making her return to the ring, Bayley will face off against Stratton on the show.
Earlier in the year, Giovanni Vinci was attacked by Ludwig Kaiser and expelled from Imperium. Making his return as a solo act, Vinci will appear live on SmackDown.
It should also be noted that this will be the final episode of SmackDown to be broadcast on FOX as beginning September 13th the show will air on its new home of the USA Network.
