The final edition of WWE SmackDown before Christmas airs on December 22nd.
The US Title tournament will continue with the semi-final matches scheduled to take place on the show. Following a successful SmackDown debut, Carmelo Hayes remains in the tournament and will battle Kevin Owens on the show. On the other side of the bracket, Bobby Lashley faces off against Santos Escobar.
Following his victory at NXT Deadline, North American Champion Dragon Lee will put the title on the line against Butch in what will be his first defence.
It should be noted that this edition of SmackDown has been pre-taped to give the staff and talent a break over the festive holidays. Spoilers from the taping can be found here.
