John Cena returns to SmackDown, the final build to Payback and more.
Cena will be making his return to WWE for the first time since his unannounced appearance at Money in the Bank. In what will be the first of 8 appearances on the blue brand, it will be interesting to see what the 16-time World Champion will have to say on the show.
Austin Theory and Grayson Waller have attempted to drive a wedge between United States Champion Rey Mysterio and fellow LWO member Santos Escobar but to no effect. Mysterio and Escobar will team up to face Theory and Waller on the show.
In a segment rescheduled from the previous week, Jimmy Uso will return to SmackDown to address what is next for The Bloodline and The Usos in general.
