The ratings for the July 8th editions of WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage have been published. On average, 2.129 million people watched SmackDown and 428,000 people watched AEW Rampage. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:

Both SmackDown and Rampage have seen a small decrease in viewers compared to the previous week. As the July 1st episode of SmackDown drew an average audience of 2.142 million, the drop calculates to approximately 0.6%. SmackDown obtained a key demographic rating of 0.47, also down from the 0.49 rating from July 1st.
The July 1st episode of AEW Rampage drew an average audience of 486,000, meaning that the drop calculates to approximately 12%. Rampage obtained a 0.15 rating in the key demographic rating, also down from the 0.16 rating from July 1st.
Rampage saw the announcement that a Barbed Wire Deathmatch for an upcoming episode of Dynamite will be taking place. SmackDown saw the fallout from the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event.
