The ratings for the May 27th editions of WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage have been published. On average, 1.878 million people watched SmackDown while 341,000 people watched Rampage. The numbers have been obtained by Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:

Compared to the previous week, both shows have seen a drop in viewers. The May 20th episode of SmackDown drew an average audience of 2.031 million, meaning that the drop calculates to approximately 7.5%. SmackDown saw 561,000 people in the key demographic age range of between 18 and 49 years old watch the show, equating to a rating of 0.43. This is also down from the 0.45 rating from May 20th.
In regards to AEW Rampage, the May 20th show drew an average audience of 410,000, meaning that the drop calculates to approximately 16.8%. Rampage saw 183,000 people in the key demographic age range watch the show, equating to a 0.14 rating, also down from the 0.15 rating from May 20th. It should be noted that Rampage was pushed back to an earlier start time of 6:30pm, which will be partially responsible for the low rating.
SmackDown saw Riddle and Shinsuke Nakamura stake their claims as next in line for a shot at the Tag Team Championships. Rampage saw the final build to the Double or Nothing pay-per-view take place.
