The ratings for the August 19th editions of WWE SmackDown and AEW Rampage have been published. On average, 2.084 million people watched SmackDown and 461,000 people watched Rampage. The numbers have been obtained via Brandon Thurston from Wrestlenomics:
Smackdown was preempted in markets incl Charlotte, New Orleans, San Diego, and St. Louis. About 5% of TV homes. Last week it was preempted in about 12%.

Rampage ranked #28 when including broadcast primetime and down from last week's 0.17.

Compared to the previous week, SmackDown has seen an increase in viewers while Rampage has seen a decrease. As the August 12th SmackDown drew an average audience of 1.927 million, the increase calculates to approximately 8.1%. SmackDown obtained a key demographic rating of 0.47, also up from the August 12 rating of 0.44.
As the August 12th Rampage drew an average audience of 528,000 viewers, the drop calculates to approximately 12.7%. Rampage obtained a key demographic rating of 0.12, also down from the 0.17 rating from August 12th.
SmackDown saw a new match added to the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event. Rampage saw Ring of Honor World Champion Claudio Castagnoli have his open challenge answered.
