The road to Elimination Chamber and more took place on the latest episode of WWE Raw.
With the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event just over a week away, the final spots in the Chamber matches were filled as Seth Rollins faced Finn Balor and Roxanne Perez faced Raquel Rodriguez. Additionally, AJ Styles made his return to action as he faced Dominik Mysterio and a new number one contender for Lyra Valkyria’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship was determined.
Michael Cole and Pat McAfee were the commentary team for the show.
The Following Results Took Place On WWE Raw:
- After Michael Cole made the introductions as members of the roster arrived in the building, a video package aired recapping Kevin Owens assaulting Sami Zayn with the package piledriver a couple of weeks ago. Sami Zayn then appeared live to officially open the show. ayn vowed to destroy Owens at Elimination Chamber before being interrupted by Adam Pearce, who stated that Zayn was not cleared to compete. After a back and forth between both men, it was later confirmed that Zayn vs. Owens would take place at Elimination Chamber in an unsanctioned match.
- AJ Styles defeated Dominik Mysterio. Bron Breakker attempted to spear Styles after the match but instead hit Mysterio. A brief brawl ensured with Styles standing tall.
- Dakota Kai defeated Ivy Nile to become the new number one contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
- Gunther mocked Jey Uso’s Yeet entrance by walking through the crowd. Uso interrupted and a brawl ensued before both were separated by officials.
- Penta defeated Pete Dunne.
- Roxanne Perez defeated Raquel Rodriguez to qualify for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match.
- The New Day referenced their attack on Rey Mysterio the previous week before being interrupted by Dragon Lee, Cruz Del Toro, and Joaquin Wilde. Another brawl ensued with the faces standing tall.
- Seth Rollins defeated Finn Balor to qualify for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match.
