The road to WrestleMania continued on WWE Raw with more matches made official for the event, along with multiple title matches taking place on the show.
With WrestleMania 41 just over a week away, WWE continued the build by announcing more matches for the event including a multi-man match for the Intercontinental Championship. Additionally, Bayley challenged Lyra Valkyria for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship and The New Day challenged The War Raiders for the World Tag Team Championships.
Michael Cole and Pat McAfee were the announce team for the show.
The Following Results Took Place On WWE Raw:
- A video package aired recapping the main event of the previous week, which saw Rhea Ripley attack Bianca Belair and IYO SKY after failing to win the Women’s World Championship. Raw General Manager appeared in the ring to address the situation. Pearce introduced SKY, Belair and Ripley and announced that the title match at WrestleMania would be a triple threat. SKY took out Ripley and Belair before signing the contract.
- Lyra Valkyria defeated Bayley to retain the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
- El Grande Americano and The Creeds defeated the LWO. It was later announced that Grande Americano would face Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania.
- Jey Uso called out Gunther. Wearing all black and not Yeeting, Uso vowed to defeat Gunther and win the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania.
- The New Day defeated the World Tag Team Champions The War Raiders via DQ when Ivar hit Xavier Woods with a steel chair.
- It was announced that Bron Breakker would defend his Intercontinental Championship against Penta, Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania. Penta defeated Mysterio on Raw. Balor beat down Penta after the match but breaker made the save.
- Seth Rollins called out Paul Heyman and asked him to stay away from WrestleMania so that he, CM Punk and Roman Reigns could settle their differences, which Heyman refused. CM Punk came to the aid of Heyman but Rollins go the better of Punk. Rollins then told Heyman he owed The Visionary a favour.
