John Cena will return to WWE TV and more on the November 2 edition of Raw.
During the October 26 edition of Raw, a video played hyping up Cena’s return to the red brand, which will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Cena will announce more details on the John Cena Classic on the show. The tournament was first teased back in May, and is rumoured to begin in December.
Ahead of his Crown Jewel match with Sami Zayn, World Champion Roman Reigns is also set to appear live in Brooklyn.
A title match has also been announced for the show. After being attacked by Ethan Page the previous week, Chad Gable will put his Intercontinental Title on the line. Page is also likely to be accompanied to the ring by Big Cass following an alliance between the two.
There will be a double taping at the venue, as the November 6 SmackDown will be recorded directly after Raw goes off the air. The reason for the double taping is to allow the staff and crew ample time to travel to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel.
November 2 WWE Raw Line-Up:
- John Cena will appear live
- Roman Reigns will appear live
- Royce Keys vs. Solo Sikoa
- Penta, Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee vs The Vision
- Chad Gable (c) vs. Ethan Page – Singles match for the Intercontinental Championship
