The fallout from Backlash and more is set to take place on the May 11 edition of WWE Raw.
The main event of Backlash saw Roman Reigns successfully defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu. However, after the bell, it was Fatu who stood tall following a post-match attack on The OTC. Reigns is advertised to appear live on the show, which will emanate from Knoxville, TN. Fatu will also appear live, and has been announced for a Roman Reigns acknowledgement ceremony.
Additionally, the Oba Femi Open Challenge will continue, and Joe Hendry is set to team with The Street Profits to take on The Vision.
Also at Backlash, Bron Breakker defeated Seth Rollins thanks to an assist from Logan Paul and Austin Theory. With Breakker coming off a big win, expect to hear from The Vision on the show. Logan Paul is also advertised as part of the line-up.
The final Raw match to take place at Backlash saw IYO SKY defeat Asuka. After the match, Asuka embraced her former rival and left the ring. With Asuka’s future uncertain, it is likely that this will be discussed on the show.
It should also be noted that while the card is subject to change, former World Champion CM Punk is also being advertised to appear. The Women’s Tag Team Champions, Paige and Brie Bella, will also appear live.
