WWE Plans For Saudi Arabia Shows In 2025

Upcoming WWE & Saudi Arabia 'Enhancement' Could See Major Show Held In The Kingdom

WWE will once again be returning to Saudi Arabia in 2025, but not with the usual format.

Since the inception of the deal between the pro wrestling company and the Kingdom was struck back in 2018, 2 Saudi Arabia shows have been held each year. The only exceptions to the rule have been in 2020 and 2021 when shows were unable to take place due to the COVID 19 pandemic.

In recent years, the Saudi deal has seen a long-standing event such as Night of Champions, Elimination Chamber of King and Queen of the Ring take place shortly after WrestleMania with the annual Crown Jewel taking place in November. However, according to a new report, the schedule is being altered once again.

As reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, only one WWE show is planned for Saudi Arabia in 2025 and is being targeted for June. It i9s noted that this will be the first time that a June Saudi show has taken place since Super Showdown 2019, which was headlined by the infamous match between The Undertaker and Goldberg.

Major WWE Show Coming To Saudi Arabia

In 2024 it was rumoured that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were looking to go even bigger with its WWE partnership by having one of the big 5 Premium Live Events in the country. In early 2025, it was confirmed that the 2026 Royal Rumble would take place in Saudi Arabia.
