For the first time, WWE NXT Halloween Havoc aired as a Premium Live Event.
Previously a special version of NXT and airing on the USA Network, the show emanated from the Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Due to the event being Halloween-themed, multiple stipulation matches took place on the show that were determined by spinning the wheel, paying homage to the WCW event that took place in the 90s.
After winning the NXT Championship once more on the debut episode of NXT on the CW, Trick Williams put the title on the line against former champion Ethan Page. Additionally, the North American and Women’s North American Championships were on the line.
The show also saw another appearance from new signee Zaria [FKA Delta] and a surprise appearance from Bubba Ray Dudley.
The Following Results Took Place At WWE NXT Halloween Havoc:
- Tony D’Angelo defeated Oba Femi to retain the North American Championship in a tables, ladders and scares match
- Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer defeated Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade
- Ridge Holland defeated Andre Chase in an Ambulance match
- Fallon Henley defeated Kelani Jordan go become the new Women’s North American Champion in a gauntlet match
