WWE Elimination Chamber is proving to be a popular event.
Taking place in Perth, Australia, information regarding the number of tickets sold for the upcoming Premium Live Event has been limited. However, in a recent update from social media account WrestleTix, 41,762 tickets have been sold for the event. At the time of writing, the Optus Stadium is set up for approximately 46,000. It should be noted that not every section has been opened in the stadium. It is believed that with the stage being factored into the event, the maximum capacity would be 59,022.
The last Premium Live Event that WWE presented in Australia was Super Show-Down in 2018. On the night, WWE announced that the total attendance was 70,309. However, as has been the case in the past, this is disputed due to WWE being known to inflate attendance figures for big events.
WWE Elimination Chamber Yet To Announce Matches
With Elimination Chamber being the final major event before WrestleMania, it is expected that multiple number one contenders will be crowned at the event, specifically for the champions not chosen by respective Royal Rumble winners. Matches are set to be announced in early February when all is said and done at the Rumble.
Confirmed to be at the event are Cody Rhodes, Logan Paul, Bianca Belair, LA Knight, Seth Rollins and Rhea Ripley, who is expected to receive a massive welcome from her native Australia crowd.
