A sixth match has been added to WrestleMania Backlash. The Miz vs. Damian Priest was confirmed for the May 16th show on the May 10th episode of RAW. Priest defeated John Morrison to pick the stipulation for their match. Later on in the episode, The Archer of Infamy chose a Lumberjack match.

- Roman Reigns (c) vs. Cesaro – Singles match for the Universal Championship.
- Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Braun Strowman – Triple threat match for the WWE Championship.
- Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley – Singles match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
- Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka – Triple threat match for the RAW Women’s Championship.
- Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Rey and Dominik Mysterio – Tag Team match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
- The Miz vs. Damian Priest – Lumberjack match.
