Who is the most popular WWE Superstar in terms of merchandise sales?
As reported by Fightful Select, Cody Rhodes is currently the best seller on several lists that they have seen, sometimes have more than one item in the top 5.
Fightful also notes that the top merchandise sales have hanged significantly due to the progression of WWE storylines. Prior to The Bloodline split, the collective of Roman Reigns, The Usos and Solo Sikoa had some of the best selling merch and were grouped as one. However, following The Usos breakaway from the faction, their “We The Ones” T-Shirts have been selling very well.
The top 5 lists generally see Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Rhea Ripley also featured frequently.
LA Knight does have merchandise that sells well in third partner outlets, but not so much at Live Events. However, it is also noted that there is not a lot of Knight’s merchandise available to buy at the house shows but Reigns and Rhodes merch is pushed more.
The report also states that the top sellers are generic merchandise items and not those associated with a particular Superstar. Replica and toy championships and tour T-shirts are generally at the top.
