Vince McMahon Sells More Than 1 Million Shares Of TKO Stock

Former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has once again sold a significant portion of his shares in TKO stock, earning him millions of dollars in the process.

According to a recent SEC filing, McMahon sold 1,579,080 shares of Class A Common Stock to Endeavor, who purchased WWE back in 2023. The transaction was completed on June 4th after being first proposed the day before. With a price of $158.32 per share, McMahon earned approximately $250 million from his latest sale.

This is not the first time that McMahon has listed his shares in TKO up for sale. Back in November 2023, Vince McMahon sold 8.4 million shares in stock for $ 641 million. With multiple sales of stock over the years, McMahon has earned in excess of $1.5 billion.

McMahon resigned from WWE and parent company TKO in January 2024 due to allegations of sexual assault and trafficking by former employee Janel Grant. While the Janel Grant and Ring Boy lawsuits against McMahon and other parties remain ongoing, the former Chairman also recently established his own entertainment company 14th & I.

How Many Shares Does Vince McMahon Now Own?

As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, McMahon currently holds 6,442,325 in shares of TKO stock. Thurston also adds that McMahon’s shares equate to a 3% ownership in the company. McMahon also has no voting rights and could not buy back WWE despite what has been rumoured.
