The last matches were added to the TNA Sacrifice 2026 card on the final episode of Impact.
On the March 26 Impact, it was announced that Ryan Nemeth would face BDE on the pre-show, along with Tessa Blanchard set to be in action against Jody Threat. Additionally, Jeff Hardy will team with Vincent to take on The System.
Taking place the same night as SmackDown on March 27, the main event of Sacrifice will see Mike Santana put the World Championship on the line against Steve Maclin. X-Division Champion Leon Slater will also put his title on the line against Eric Young, and Elayna Black will face Mara Sadé in a no disqualification match.
