Here are the biggest points from the 22/01/21 episode of Friday Night Smackdown:
- Adam Pearce challenged Paul Heyman to a match. After similar “card subject to change” shenanigans from last week, Roman Reigns substituted himself in and began attacking Adam Pearce. Kevin Owens surprised Reigns with an attack and powerbombed the Universal Champion through the announce table
- Sasha Banks defeated Carmella’s sommelier Reginald
- Bianca Bel Air defeated Bayley in the obstacle course challenge. Bayley walked through the course and then stacked the deck against Bel Air. However, Bianca still beat Bayley’s time. This included a very impressive Fireman’s Carry on 300lb plus Otis.
- Sami Zayn handcuffed himself to the set to protest injustices against himself. He later interfered in the Big E vs Apollo Crews Intercontinental Championship match.
