The Rock has announced that he will be a part of the already stacked first episode of WWE Raw on Netflix.
Taking to social media to break the news to his millions [and millions] of followers, The Final Boss posted a reel of his WWE highlights and family heritage accompanied with the following caption acknowledging his attendance:
Besides having my three daughters, my Samoan High Chief Title, High Chief Seiuli is one of the greatest honor of my life.
I gave my word and made a commitment 20 years ago to his Highness High Chief Maleatoa Tunamafili II and to our people of Samoa, that I would “leave my boyish ways behind” (well, I try 😅) and carry my Samoan, Polynesian, and Black culture around the world with great respect, pride, kindness, MANA, humility, and warrior spirit.

After 20yrs of proudly carrying our culture with me around the world, I can’t wait to soon return back home to Samoa. I already have chills just thinking about it 🇼🇸❤️💪🏾

Although it remains unknown what the Hollywood star will be doing on the show, it is expected that Rock will follow up on his previous WWE appearance at Bad Blood, which saw the former World Champion stare down Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns to close out the show. It should be noted that Cody Rhodes will also be in attendance for the historic show and Roman Reigns will be in action against Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match.
The updated line-up for the Raw on Netflix premiere is as follows:
- Tribal Combat: Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa
- CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins
- Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley – Singles match for the Women’s World Championship
- Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso
- John Cena returns to officially begin his retirement tour
- Cody Rhodes will appear live
- The Rock to appear live
Will The Rock Be At WrestleMania 41?
While not confirmed, it is expected that when all is said and done fans will have more of an idea of what Rock will be doing at WrestleMania, if he does happen to be a part of the show at all given his busy Hollywood schedule. According to a recent report, the latest on The Rock’s WrestleMania status has been revealed.
