WWE NXT star Sol Ruca could win her first main roster championship in a matter of days as she will challenge one of SmackDown’s biggest stars.
As announced on the December 16 broadcast, Ruca will be in action against Women’s United States Chelsea Green on the December 23 show, and the title will be on the line. It should be noted that the December 23 NXT will be a pre-taped show to give the talent and staff time off for the holiday season.
Ruca recently competed at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13, which was the show where John Cena competed in his final match. On the special, Ruca defeated Bayley as part of a series of NXT vs. main roster matches that occurred on the show. Ruca was the only NXT star to win their match at the event.
The tournament to crown the next contender to the Men’s Speed Championship will also begin, and Lola Vice will face Izzi Dame. The full line-up for next week’s NXT is as follows:

Which WWE Championships Has Sol Ruca Previously Won?
While Ruca has yet to win a main roster title, she has found championship success multiple times in NXT. Along with being a former Women’s North American Champion, Ruca also previously held the WWE Women’s Speed Championship.
