Ronda Rousey has announced that she has given birth to her first child on social media. Rousey posted two photos of herself and husband Travis Browne holding their new-born on her Instagram account to announce the news. The caption to the photos reveals the name of their daughter; La’akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne.
The former RAW Women’s Champion announced the pregnancy back in April via their YouTube channel. In a further update in June, both Rousey and Browne announced the gender of their first child an follow up video. The gender reveal was shown in a Pokémon style video, once again on the couples YouTube channel.
Ronda Rousey has not been see on WWE TV since main-eventing WrestleMania 35 in 2019. In that appearance, the former UFC star lost her RAW Women’s Championship to Becky Lynch in a triple threat match that also featured Charlotte Flair. There has been no official announcement as to if Rousey will ever return to a WWE ring again in the future.
