Ricky Starks has officially been renamed on WWE NXT.
On the February 11th edition of NXT, Ricky Starks made his shock arrival on the show by cutting a promo in the crowd. However, neither the former AEW star nor commentary would refer to him by name in the segment. Appearing via video at Vengeance Day, Starks stated that he would be appearing again on the next episode of NXT to sign his contract and officially become a member of the roster.
Appearing live inside an NXT ring for the first time, Starks was about to sign the contract before first being interrupted by Ethan Page, who reminded Starks that there was only one Ethan Page in NXT. Following Je’Von Evans brawling with page to send the former NXT Champion out of the ring, the segment was interrupted again by Wes Lee. Starks brawled with Lee and clotheslined him out of the ring before finally signing the contract, revealing his new name to be Ricky Saints.

Later in the show, General Manager Ava made the announcement that Saints would make his in-ring debut on the February 25th edition of NXT. Saints will team with Je’Von Evans to take on Wes Lee and Ethan Page.
