The viewership for the September 7th edition of NXT has been revealed. On average, 601,000 viewers tuned in to the black and gold brand for the final NXT in it’s current form. The numbers have been obtained from Showbuzz Daily. The full Tuesday night breakdown of cable shows can be seen below:
The rating has seen a significant drop from the previous week. The August 31st NXT drew 717,000 viewers. The drop in viewers equates to around 16%. In regards to the key demographic of 18-49, 185,000 viewers watched the most recent NXT. This ranked NXT at 31st in the key demographic for advertisers.
As noted this is the final NXT in its current form. WWE is promoting the September 14th NXT as a new look with a more colourful logo. Little is known about how the new NXT will be presented to the audience.
On the first episode of the new look NXT, a wedding will take place on the show. Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell will tie the know on September 14th. The September 7th show saw highlights from each of the bachelor and bachelorette parties.
