Nikki Bella Looks Back On Roxanne Perez Match On WWE Raw

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella has reflected on her recent match against “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez on a recent episode of Raw.

Bella and Perez went one on one for the first time ever on the October 27 edition of Raw, with the rising star picking up the victory over the veteran thanks to help from Raquel Rodriguez, who was at ringside to assist Perez.

With Bella making her return to the ring at the Royal Rumble, the former Divas Champion has competed regularly throughout 2025, and is looking for this to me more than a nostalgia tour. While discussing her recent match on The Nikki and Brie ShowBella stated that she was happy with how the match played out, adding that she has been getting feedback from her sister Brie and her husband, Bryan Danielson:

“It felt great. What I love is everytime I go out there, I push harder. I’m learning more about myself in this era and I sit and watch and I get feedback from like you and Bryan, from myself, and I know what I need to do next and how I need to improve even more. I was so proud of Monday and I got a lot of great feedback and your girl was trending number one.”

The Raw star also added that she is continually looking to push herself outside of her comfort zone as the matches continue:

“There’s just a lot of moments for me where I just continue to push myself out of my comfort zone. I wanted to bring in more moves and challenge myself like I used to do. I’m going against somebody with a 20 year difference, you know?”

Nikki Bella To Face Roxanne Perez Again Next Week

Following the conclusion of the match, Bella the victim of a beatdown from Perez and Rodriguez until Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer made the save, leading to a tag team match being booked for the November 3 show. Speaking about the upcoming tag team match, the Hall of Famer noted that she is already prepared for her next appearance:

“What I love is just from myself, I get to continue to see me grow and get better and keep bringing it up another notch. I know what I’m going to do next week for the tag match, I know the things I’m going to work on this week in the gym and in training. I know the changes I’m going to make and I’m not going to tell you them because I want you to point them out.”
