Former TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth has officially signed a new contract with the company.
The news was broken on January 15 by TNA via YouTube video on the same day that Impact is set to premiere on AMC as part of the new media rights deal. Nemeth is seen meeting with TNA President Carlos Silva, with Ryan Nemeth and Tommy Dreamer also in attendance. Nemeth stated that the last 2 years in the promotion have been a “dream come true” and then signed his contract. Nemeth also promised that he would become the new World Champion very soon.
After Nic Nemeth left, Ryan Nemeth asked about his new contract, but Silva and Dreamer did not have a contract in place for him.
The line-up for the Impact on AMC premiere is as follows:
- Frankie Kazarian (c) vs. Mike Santana – Singles match for the TNA World Championship
