WWE Secures Monster Deal With Netflix For Raw's Media Rights

Fans now know where the first WWE Raw on Netflix will take place.

January 6th will be a major day on the calendar for wrestling fans as the highly anticipated debut of WWE Raw on Netflix will air on the platform around the world. While the date and streaming service has been known for months, fans have been eagerly awaiting the location to be revealed. On November 17th, WWE finally made the announcement that the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California would be the site of the historic show. Additionally, rap star Travis Scott will also be in attendance at the show in what is expected to be a star-studded night. Given that Netflix’s HQ is in California, it has been long rumoured that the debut episode of Raw on the platform would be in the state.

John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns and Bianca Belair are featured in the advertisement with more major names and surprises expected. Tickets will go on sale on November 22nd and is expected to be a near-instant sellout given the magnitude of the show.

Concerns For WWE Raw On Netflix?

While many are very excited as to what the first episode of Raw will look like, many expressed worries regarding the switch following the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight that was plagued with issues throughout.
