The latest stop on the John Cena retirement tour and more will take place on the September 15 episode of WWE Raw.
Set to air live from Springfield, Massachusetts, the show will mark the penultimate time that Cena will appear live in the state, and will also see the 17-time World Champion address his upcoming match at Wrestlepalooza. After being attacked by Brock Lesnar multiple times, Cena is set to face The Beast one final time on September 20 as part of his farewell tour.
Also at Wrestlepalooza, AJ Lee will be in action for the first time in more than 10 years as she will team with CM Punk to take on Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. Ahead of their match, all 4 competitors are scheduled to be at Raw for another face-to-face confrontation.
At the time of writing, the only match announced to take place on the show is Lyra Valkyria vs. Roxanne Perez. With Raquel Rodriguez securing a victory over Perez on the September 8 episode, the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion will be hoping for a different result.
