Two massive title matches and more have been announced for WWE Raw.
For weeks, Sami Zayn has told Gunther that as he beat him at WrestleMania 40 then he is worthy of an opportunity at the World Heavyweight Championship. However, despite numerous requests, The Ring General has refused the offer. On the September 30th episode of Raw, Zayn made things personal and caused Gunther to snap. Finally getting what he wanted, Zayn will challenge Gunther for the gold on Raw.
On the September 23rd episode of Raw, Jey Uso defeated Bron Breakker to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Uso will have his first televised defence of the title on Raw as he puts the championship on the line against Xavier Woods, who is also desperate to win a singles championship in his WWE career.
This will also be the first episode of Raw following the Bad Blood Premium Live Event on October 5th, meaning that the fallout from the show will take place.
