A major contract signing and more have been announced for WWE SmackDown.
On the May 10th episode of SmackDown, Cody Rhodes found out that he would be facing Logan Paul at the King and Queen of the Ring PLE. A contract signing will be taking place on the show to make the match official.
The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are officially underway. With the remaining first round matches taking place at live events over the weekend, the quarterfinals will take place on SmackDown with announced matches including Nia Jax vs. Jade Cargill and Randy Orton vs. Camelo Hayes.

- Randy Orton vs. Carmelo Hayes – King of the Ring quarterfinals
- Tama Tonga vs. LA Knight or Santos Escobar – King of the Ring quarterfinals
- Nia Jax vs. Jade Cargill – Queen of the Ring quarterfinals
- Bianca Belair vs. Tiffany Stratton or Michin – Queen of the Ring quarterfinals
