A major return, a title match and more have been announced for AEW Dynamite.
Kenny Omega has been sidelined with diverticulitis since December 2023. After 4 months on the sidelines, Omega will return to Dynamite, which will air live in his hometown of Winnipeg.
New FTW Champion Chris Jericho will defend the title on Dynamite. Jericho’s opponent on the show will be Katsuyori Shibata.
At AEW Dynasty, Swerve Strickland became the new AEW World Champion. Set to defend the title at Double or Nothing on May 26th, Strickland’s opponent for the pay-per-view will be revealed.
Following on from his loss at AEW Dynasty to The House of Black, TNT Champion Adam Copeland will defend the title against one of the members of the group on Dynamite.
