Kurt Angle Teases Return To WWE “If The Money Was Right”

Kurt Angle has teased another WWE appearance if the price was right.

Kurt Angle has teased another appearance in WWE if the offer was a good one.

Returning to WWE back in 2018 to be inducted into the Hall of Fame, the Olympic Gold medalist served as the Raw General Manager for the following year and also competed in his final matches. Losing to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35, Angle has not stepped inside a ring since and looks to be done with in-ring competition entirely due to health reasons.

However, while Angle has ruled out returning to the ring, he has made multiple onscreen appearances since such as at special episodes of Raw and to recreate the iconic milk truck segment. While these appearances have been a one-off, many have fantasy booked Angle becoming a manager to Chad Gable given their similar career trajectory, especially now that Gable is in a faction with The Creed Brothers similar to the Team Angle faction back in the Ruthless Aggression Era.

While appearing at a signing for K & S Wrestlefest, Angle stated that if the cash and creative were right he would come back to manage American Made. Additionally, Angle once again ruled out a return to action:

“If the money was right (I would come back to manage a faction)… The spot (matters too), yeah, definitely. I think Chad (Gable) and his gang that he has right now, that would be a great idea. I wouldn’t mind doing a spot here and there. But, if you’re gonna ask me to do a wrestling match, it’s just not gonna happen. Yeah, I could take some bumps.”

Kurt Angle To Make GCW Debut

On November 23rd, GCW will present the Dream On pay-per-view. On social media, the promotion announced that Angle would be one of the guests in attendance in what will be his first-ever GCW appearance.

H/t to SEScoops.
