Kevin Owens has returned from injury.
As seen on the August 21st Raw, Owens made the surprise return to save Sami Zayn from The Judgment Day.
Zayn opened Raw in his hometown of Montreal. Being interrupted by The Judgement Day, all 4 members would surround the ring. Zayn declared that he would not come to his hometown alone, bringing out Owens to even the odds and challenge the group to a tag team match in the main event.
The Tag Team Champions faced Finn Balor and Damian Priest later in the show, which ended in a disqualification following the use of the Money in the Bank Briefcase. As the 4 on 2 beatdown began, Cody Rhodes would come to the aid of his friends to set up a 6 man tag. Owens hit a Stunner on Dominik Mysterio to win the match for his team.
Owens was taken out in storyline by The Judgment Day on July 24th, reportedly due to suffering broken ribs.
