Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 14 is official following an announcement by The Warmaster regarding the event, which will be the third to take place in 2025.
As announced by Barnett on social media, the next iteration of Bloodsport will take place on Saturday, August 2nd at the Williams Center in Rutherford, New Jersey. A Bloodsport event has also been announced to take place in London, England later in the year at the Electric Ballroom in Camden on September 28th.
The event has grown in popularity over the past few years and has established itself as one of the most popular independent events on the pro wrestling calendar. The main event of the last show saw NJPW star Gabe Kidd defeat Josh Barnett via TKO. Additionally, notable stars such as Zack Sabre. Jr, Nattie Neidhart and Karrion Kross were all in action.
Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport 14 To Take Place Over SummerSlam Weekend
Bloodsport 14 will take place in the same state and same weekend as WWE SummerSlam, which will emanate from MetLife Stadium on August 2nd and 3rd. With WWE having a major presence at Bloodsport 13 over WrestleMania weekend, it is once again likely that contracted stars from the main roster and NXT will be in action at the pre wrestling and MMA hybrid event.
