Jordynne Grace made her return to WWE in shocking fashion and will compete in multiple matches for the company.
During the May 28th episode of WWE NXT, Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez was in the ring before being interrupted by General Manager Ava. The GM stated that although Perez is a great champion, her reign looked in doubt due to her upcoming title defence at Battleground on June 9th. Ava then introduced TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace to the shock of the announcers and crowd.
Grace confronted Perez and reminded the fans of her earlier appearance at the Royal Rumble, which saw the Knockouts Champion also make a surprise appearance and have a strong showing in her debut match. Grace then confirmed that she would challenge Perez for the Women’s Championship in Las Vegas. It was also announced that Steveie Turner would face Jordynne Grace on the June 4th edition of NXT.
Also on the show, Sexyy Red joined General Manager Ava to unveil a new title design.
