First Match Announced For AEW All In

After months of waiting, the first match of AEW’s debut show in London has been announced.

As seen on the August 2nd episode of AEW Dynamite, AEW World Champion MJF has agreed to give best friend Adam Cole one more shot at the title.

Cole and MJF won the Tag Team Blind Eliminator Tournament, with an unlikely friendship blossoming as the duo progressed. Before the title match against FTR, MJF told Cole that win, lose or draw, Cole would get another championship match.

MJF was live in attendance for the 200th episode of Dynamite, requesting a heart-to-heart with the audience in Tampa. The World Champion stated that he has attention deficit disorder, which got an ADD chant from the live crowd.

MJF then stated how he struggles with rejection, and how he has been repeatedly bullied in his childhood, and the only way that he could protect himself is to stab someone in the back before they stab him.

MJF admitted that he still a scumbag, but is thankful for the support from the audience. The World Champion then brought out his best friend Adam Cole, who came out to no music and a more restrained entrance.

Cole respected MJF for telling his story, then reassuring his best friend that he is not alone. Cole also admitted he was a jerk, because he was scared. Cole then said that he is proud of his best friend.

MJF then referenced the promise that Cole would get another shot at the Triple B. MJF said that Cole does not deserve a match, but the match, announcing the rematch will be taking place at All In.
