Rob Van Dam could be the latest name to make a sporadic appearance for All Elite Wrestling.
As reported by Fightful Select, there have been internal discussions by All Elite Wrestling to bring in the WWE Hall of Famer for a run with the company. If this were to take place, it looks likely that RVD will be used to defend the honour of ECW, as FTW Champion Jack Perry recently insulted the extreme promotion.
The report states that the former WWE and ECW Champion has been discussed to face Perry at either the All In or All Out event, but this is still in the ideas stage and yet to be confirmed by any internal sources.
If a match were to take place, this would be Rob Van Dam’s first wrestling match for an American promotion in over 3 years, with the last appearance being for IMPACT Wrestling.
