This is the second time McMahon has been spotted at a public event in 2025. Vince McMahon Lawsuit Continues

McMahon resigned from WWE and its parent company TKO in January 2024 when he was accused by former employee Janel Grant of sexual assault and trafficking. The lawsuit remains ongoing with defendants McMahon. John Laurinaitis and WWE all looking to compel arbitration. The lawsuit was placed in a 6-month order of stay in June 2024 but resumed in December of that year so that a federal investigation could be carried out, which concluded that McMahon not declaring using company money for hush money payments affected quarterly earnings. McMahon was ordered to pay back the money along with settling charges with the SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission].

It has been rumoured that McMahon is looking to start a new entertainment company following his WWE exit, but nothing official has materialised.
