Christian Cage will celebrate Father’s Day on AEW Collision.
Announced for the June 15th episode of Collision, which will be the day before Father’s Day, the former TNT Champion will appear live in the segment. With Cage having a history of targeting wrestlers with fathers who have passed such as Jack Perry, Nick Wayne and Wardlow, the segment is expected to be one to remember as Cage is known for holding nothing back in his promos.
Cage last competed at Double or Nothing, where he unsuccessfully challenged Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship. Cage also previously met with The Young Bucks and is seemingly set for another title match in the near future.
The line-up for Collision is as follows:
- Christian Cage Father’s Day special
- Lee Moriarty vs. Dante Martin – TNT Championship qualifying match
- House of Black returns
- Deonna Purrazoo vs. Thunder Rosa – No DQ match
Christian Cage To Be A Part Of AEW For A Long Time
As multiple stars see their contract near its end, Cage will not be one of the wrestlers looking for a new deal in 2024. Signing a new contract back in 2023, Christian Cage recently stated in an interview with Chris Van Vliet how long is left on his contract.
