Bryan Danielson Comments On In-Ring Future Following AEW All In Triumph

Bryan Danielson addresses his in-ring future following the events that took place at AEW All In.

Bryan Danielson has commented on what’s next for him following on from the events that took place inside Wembley Stadium.

In the main event of AEW All In, Bryan Danielson defeated Swerve Strickland to become the new World Champion. Additionally, due to the stipulation of the match, Danielson was able to keep his career intact for a little while longer and is able to retire on his own terms.

With Danielson previously stating that 2024 would be his final year as a full-time wrestler, many are curious as to when and where that final match will be. While WrestleDream in his home state of Washington appears to be the odds-on favourite, the only man who can answer that question is The American Dragon himself.

Appearing at the All In post-show press conference, Danielson admitted that he is not thinking about the future, only the present:

“I honestly haven’t thought about my future at all past tonight. So I don’t know what’s gonna happen. I’ll be there in Champaign, Illinois on Wednesday, and between now and then, we’ll figure it out, and I’m sure I’ll have an announcement then.”

“I want my kids to know that I could keep doing this for a much longer period of time at a very high level. But now it’s time for me to go home. And be with them.”

Bryan Danielson Confirms AEW Dynamite Appearance

The next time that AEW will be broadcast live will be on August 28th for Dynamite, which will focus on the fallout from the events that took place at All In. Announced for the show, Danielson will celebrate the victory in front of the American fans and comment on what’s next.
