Brock Lesnar will not be competing at a WWE Saudi Arabia show for the first time.
Lesnar has been a part of all 9 previous Premium Live Events held in the Kingdom but will not be making the trip for the November 4th show Crown Jewel.
As reported by PWInsider Elite, the reason why The Beast is off the show is due to the star power that is already present at the event. With Roman Reigns, John Cena and Logan Paul all confirmed for Crown Jewel, the venue is said to be “an immediate sellout.” It is also stated that Lesnar will be saved for a future market as he is such a big attraction.
Lesnar has been very successful at the 9 events in Saudi Arabia, winning 8 out of the 9 matches he was a part of. The only loss came in 2021 when The Beast lost to Roman Reigns. Lesnar did not compete at Super ShowDown 2019 but did unsuccessfully attempt to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase.
The Current WWE Crown Jewel Line-Up Is As Follows:
- Seth Rollins (c) vs. Drew McIntyre – Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
- Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Shayna Baszler vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Nia Jax vs. Zoey Stark – Fatal 5-Way match for the WWE Women’s World Championship
- Roman Reigns (c) vs. LA Knight – Singles match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship
- Rey Mysterio (c) vs. Logan Paul – Singles match for the United States Championship
