Bianca Belair has confirmed that she is set to have surgery on her broken finger soon.
Providing an update to the fans on her Instagram story, the former Women’s Champion confirmed that the procedure is set for February 16. Belair broke her knuckle back in 2025 and has not been able to fully recover from the injury since it occurred. The EST did not provide any more information on the nature of the surgery, or how long the recovery time will be following the operation.
Bealir suffered the injury in her match with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY in the opening match of WrestleMania 41 night 2. The match was very well received by fans and critics, as the triple threat won Match of the Year in many end-of-year awards from major wrestling publications. Belair earned the right to challenge for the title after winning the Elimination Chamber.
Belair did make her return to referee the No Holds Barred match between Naomi and Jade Cargill, but has not competed since Mania.
Bianca Belair Likely Off WrestleMania 42 Due To Surgery
Although many had hoped to see Belair back in time for WrestleMania 42, where a match with WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill could have been a strong possibility, it now appears that The EST will be unable to compete at the biggest show of the year.
