AEW presented their final pay-per-view of 2023 on Saturday, December 30th.
Taking place at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York, Worlds End saw the final of the Continental Classic tournament take place and the AEW World Championship take place in the main event.

- Willow Nightingale defeated Kris Statlander
- Killswitch won a 20-man battle royal to win a future opportunity at the TNT Championship
- Hook defeated Wheeler Yuta to retain the FTW Championship
Main Show:
- Bryan Danielson, Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia and Mark Briscoe defeated Brody King, Jay White, Jay Lethal and Rush
- Miro defeated Andrade El Idolo
- “Timeless” Toni Storm defeated Riho to retain the AEW Women’s Championship
- Swerve Strickland defeated Dustin Rhodes
- Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, Sting and Darby Allin defeated Ricky Starks, Big Bill, Konosuke Takeshita and Powerhouse Hobbs
- Julia Hart defeated Abadon to retain the TBS Championship
- Adam Copeland defeated Christian Cage to become the new TNT Champion
- Christian Cage defeated Adam Copeland to regain the TNT Championship after Cage used Killswitch’s number one contender opportunity won on the pre-show
- Eddie Kingston defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW Continental Classic
- Samoa Joe defeated MJF to become the new AEW World Champion
