Tony Khan has made the decision to pull a match from the AEW Revolution Card.
One of the matches announced ahead of time saw Wardlow, Lance Archer and Powerhouse Hobbs confirmed for a Meat Madness match. While the rules of the match were never clarified, it was assumed that all the participants would be the biggest members of the roster. Unfortunately for anyone excited at the prospect of Meat Madness, this will no longer be taking place.
As announced by Khan on social media, multiple competitors for the match have not been cleared to compete, therefore the match has been postponed. As a replacement, an All-Star Scramble match will take place, with the winner being crowned the new number one contender to the AEW World Championship:
With multiple wrestlers slated for #AEWRevolution‘s Meat Madness match out injured + shelved by AEW docs, I’m temporarily freezing the bout until they’re clear Meat Madness is on ice; instead Sunday’s ppv will feature an All-Star Scramble Match! See you tonight on #AEWDynamite!
