The first AEW Rampage of 2024 has been pre-taped.
As has been the case with the majority of Rampage episodes, the January 5th episode of the Friday night show was pre-taped after the January 3rd episode of AEW Dynamite went off the air.
Those in attendance have been able to provide spoilers to the matches that took place at the Rampage taping. The results have been obtained via F4WOnline.

- Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale defeated Notorious Mimi and Kenedi Copeland
- Hikaru Shida def. Anna Jay
- Wheeler Yuta (c) def. Komander (with Alex Abrahantes) to retain the ROH Pure Championship
