AEW made its debut in Manchester on December 17 with the Holiay Bash special.
The 3-hour supershow saw All Elite Wrestling present a double header of Dynamite and Collision in the UK. Along with more matches in the Continental Classic taking place, such as Jon Moxley vs. Roderick Strong and Kyle Fletcher vs. PAC, The Elite reunited to take on The Don Callis Family, and World Champion Samoa Joe met in the ring with Swerve Strickland and Adam Page ahead of the triple threat title match at Worlds End.
AEW Holiday Bash December 17 Results:
- Jon Moxley defeated Roderick Strong in the Continental Classic Blue League.
- The Elite defeated The Don Callis Family to win Callis’ $1 million. Kazuchika Oakda and Konosuke Takeshita beat down The Bucks after the match, until Omega chased them off.
- Samoa Joe, Swerve Strickland and Adam Page met to sign the contract for their Worlds End match. After all 3 made their case to win the match, MJF made his return and used his Casino Gauntlet contract to insert himself into the match, making it a fatal 4-way.
- Mercedes Moné, Athena, Marina Shafir and Megan Bayne defeated Willow Nigjtingale, Harley Cameron, Mina Shirakawa and Toni Storm
- PAC defeated Kyle Fletcher in the Continental Classic Gold League.
- Bandido and Ricochet won the Dynamite Diamond Ring battle royal, and will go one-on-one next week to fight it out over the jewellery.
- Orange Cassidy defeated Mascara Dorada in the Continental Classic Blue League.
- Jamie Hayter defeated Isla Dawn.
- FTR defeated The Bang Bang Gang to retain the Tag Team Championships.
